It’s only natural that after eating lunch or dinner your sweet tooth kicks in. This was constantly happening to us two brothers. We were frustrated that no place existed to satisfy our cravings… so thought why not create a dessert bar, and that’s how the Planet Chocolate idea came to light.

For 18 months, we worked extremely hard on taste testing binges (if you can call that work). Drizzling liquid chocolate on waffles, crepes,
strawberries and marshmallows was the savior to our
sweet cravings.

Darren, being a creative chef, developed a variety of groovy
drinks to accompany the food menu including different
flavored ice breakers, milkshakes and hot chocolates.

Greg felt it was selfish not to include family and friends at home
in the Planet Chocolate experience so take home cakes, slices and
Belgian Chocolate were added to the list.

And so the perfect dessert bar was created.
